The Georgia Family Planning System’s mission is to provide high-quality, accessible, affordable, and evidence-based family planning and reproductive health services to women, men and adolescents. We are committed to serving all communities and enhancing the well-being of all families.
GFPS is the largest effort in the nation to integrate Title X family planning services into Federally Qualified Health Centers. Since 2014, GFPS health centers have provided high-quality, comprehensive pregnancy planning and prevention services along with other preventive healthcare for women, men, and adolescents with priority given to low-income and uninsured individuals.
GFPS ensures access to high-quality pregnancy planning and prevention services integrated with other preventive health care for women, men and adolescents with priority given to low-income and uninsured individuals who may otherwise lack access.
Administer Title X family planning program funds to health centers to support the delivery of integrated services at GFPS service sites across the state.
Build the capacity of GFPS Title X health centers to provide comprehensive family planning services through training and technical assistance.
Empower youth and young adults with unbiased, factual sexual and reproductive health information and services to support healthy futures.
